Cold Weather Running
I can’t say I’ve missed it since moving to SF. The feeling of your lungs wanting to break through your chest and the increased time it takes to reach your stride…not cool.
However, I suppose it is slightly like riding a bike. I’ve run three times since coming home and each time it’s hurt a little less.
